1. Policy of 'Ninassart' is not to offer refunds once the products are purchased and successfully downloaded by the buyer.
2. Should there be a special circumstances as failure of download of the product purchased by a buyer, inspite of a compatible digital platform at the buyer’s end, a refund on cancellation of the sale can be considered on production of proof by the buyer with regard to failure to download the product purchased. Such refund, however, shall be at the absolute discretion of 'Ninassart'.
